Rolex has supported The Evian Championship since 2000, part of an enduring involvement that permeates all levels of golf –  from grassroots to amateurs and elite professionals, and the leading tours, tournaments and governing bodies. The 25th anniversary edition marks a significant chapter in the history of this prestigious tournament. Since achieving Major status in 2013, it has been staged each September, but from this year it will be held in July when the stunning Evian Resort Golf Club course, nestled between Lake Geneva and the French Alps, will be at its glorious best.
The course is not just breathtakingly beautiful. Its narrow fairways, dense rough and carefully designed greens present an exacting challenge for even the world’s most accomplished golfers. A trio of Rolex Testimonees are among the champions who have triumphed here: golfing legend Annika Sörenstam (2000, 2002), fellow Swede Anna Nordqvist (2017), and New Zealand’s Lydia Ko (2015).
For almost 40 years Rolex has been a pioneering partner of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).
